Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
Welcome to Redstone Marketing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, forms, communications, and any marketing services provided by Redstone Marketing LLC (“Redstone Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Redstone Marketing provides digital marketing services, which may include Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, Google Maps SEO, website builds, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local citations, Google Local Services Ads setup or management, lead generation support, and related marketing services.
The exact services, pricing, deliverables, and timeline for any client project will be based on the proposal, agreement, invoice, or written communication provided to the client.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Marketing, SEO, Google rankings, Google Maps visibility, Google Business Profile performance, paid ads, and lead generation results can vary based on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, competition, business reputation, reviews, budget, market demand, website history, and client responsiveness.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, phone calls, sales, or business outcomes. We work to improve visibility, performance, and lead opportunities, but results are not guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
To perform our services properly, clients may need to provide accurate business information, website access, Google Business Profile access, hosting or domain access, brand materials, photos, logins, approvals, and other project-related information.
Clients are responsible for making sure all information they provide is accurate, legal, and authorized for use. Delays in access, approvals, payment, or communication may delay project timelines.
4. Payments and Invoices
Fees, payment schedules, setup costs, monthly retainers, and project pricing are determined by the agreement or invoice provided to the client.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, work may begin after the required agreement is signed and payment is received. Late payments may result in paused work, delayed deliverables, or suspension of services.
Payments already made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Cancellations and Ongoing Services
For monthly services, cancellation terms will follow the client agreement. If no separate cancellation term is provided, the client may cancel future monthly services by giving written notice before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation does not remove the client’s responsibility to pay for services already completed, work already started, or amounts already due.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, analytics tools, CRM systems, directory platforms, citation platforms, or other marketing tools.
We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, ranking changes, verification issues, account restrictions, rejected ads, platform errors, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
7. Website Content and Approvals
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving website content, SEO content, business information, service descriptions, claims, offers, testimonials, images, and other materials before or after publication.
If a client provides content, images, logos, reviews, or other materials, the client confirms they have the right to use those materials and allow Redstone Marketing to use them for the project.
8. Intellectual Property
Any materials, strategies, designs, templates, copy, SEO plans, workflows, reports, or other work created by Redstone Marketing remain our property until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables for their own business. Redstone Marketing may retain rights to internal methods, systems, templates, processes, research methods, and know-how used to create the work.
9. Portfolio and Case Studies
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Redstone Marketing may mention the client’s business name, website, project type, public results, public rankings, public reviews, screenshots, or completed work as part of our portfolio, testimonials, or case studies.
We will not publicly share confidential business information without permission.
10. Communications, Calls, Emails, and SMS
By submitting a form, contacting us, or providing your phone number or email address, you agree that Redstone Marketing may contact you about your inquiry, services, project updates, appointments, proposals, invoices, or related business communication.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Redstone Marketing, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing purposes.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to hack it, submit false information, upload malicious code, copy our content without permission, interfere with the website’s operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access to the website or our services if we believe there is misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or always available.
We do not guarantee that any marketing strategy, SEO work, website build, Google Business Profile update, citation work, or advertising campaign will produce a specific outcome.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Redstone Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Redstone Marketing for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to hold Redstone Marketing harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorized use of materials, violation of laws, misuse of our website, or breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may stop providing services if a client fails to pay, fails to provide required access, violates these Terms, engages in abusive communication, requests unlawful or unethical work, or otherwise makes it impossible to continue the project professionally.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
